In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3.1 To be eligible to use hao88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

4.1 To access real-money features of the Platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration form and providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
4.2 Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. hao88 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 You must notify hao88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4.5 hao88 reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, subject to prior written notification to the registered email address. Dormant balances will be managed in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.
4.6 You must keep your Account information current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account termination.
5.1 hao88 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") on all Accounts before processing withdrawals and on any Account that triggers risk-based review thresholds.
5.2 Standard KYC documentation required includes:

5.4 All submitted documents are reviewed by our compliance team, typically within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission. You will be notified by email upon successful completion of verification.
5.5 Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending completion of required KYC procedures. hao88 will not be liable for any delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation submissions.
6.1 Deposits may be made via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods currently include BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja, subject to availability.
6.2 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may be amended from time to time. Standard minimums begin at Rp 50.000 per transaction.
6.4 hao88 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, third-party banking and e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees independently of hao88.
6.5 During standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7), local bank transfers are typically credited to your Player Balance within five (5) minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. hao88 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure.
6.6 hao88 reserves the right to return any deposit and close the associated Account if it determines, at its discretion, that the deposit may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
7.1 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the hao88 Account holder. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
7.2 A fully completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawal processing. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until the review is finalised.
7.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

7.5 Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section. hao88 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on a per-transaction and per-period basis, which may vary by VIP tier.
7.6 hao88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any outstanding compliance review, bonus wagering requirement verification, or fraud investigation. Users will be notified of any such hold.
8.1 hao88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and game contribution rules.
8.2 Bonus terms applicable to each individual promotion are displayed on the relevant promotion page within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
8.3 Standard wagering requirements on hao88 promotions range from 1× to 30× the bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
8.4 Only wagers placed at stated minimum odds (where applicable) and on eligible game categories contribute towards bonus wagering requirements. Live sports bets typically count at 100% contribution; certain slot titles or RNG game categories may count at reduced rates as specified in the promotion.
8.5 hao88 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms through low-variance hedging strategies, coordinated multi-account exploitation, and systematic pattern wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Detection of such activity will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
8.6 hao88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated prior to the stated expiry, hao88 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
8.7 Bonuses are offered to users aged 21 and over only. hao88 reserves the right to decline the issuance of any bonus to any user without providing a reason.
9.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, togel (numbers lottery), live dealer casino, slots, or other available products. These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform.
9.2 Bets, once confirmed, are binding. hao88 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a wager has been accepted and confirmed on the system, except where the Platform's own error cancellation rules apply (see clause 9.5).
9.3 hao88 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an obvious error in pricing, odds, or draw results. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the Player Balance within a reasonable period.
9.4 In live (in-play) sports markets, bets may be delayed or rejected if significant match events occur during the submission process. hao88's odds may be suspended and re-priced at any time to reflect developing match conditions.
9.5 In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting bet recording or settlement, hao88 reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, void or re-settle affected bets. The Platform's decision in such matters is final.
9.6 Maximum bet limits apply on all markets. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface. hao88 reserves the right to impose reduced maximum bet limits on individual accounts on a risk-management basis.
10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hao88 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
10.2 Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
11.1 All content on the hao88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, game assets, user interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of hao88 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction of any Platform content without hao88's prior written consent.
11.3 Game software and assets made available through the Platform remain the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) and are licensed to hao88 for deployment on the Platform. No rights in such software are transferred to you.
12.1 hao88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

13.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hao88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation of the Platform.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hao88 shall not be liable for:

14.1 hao88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

16.5 You agree that any legal action against hao88 arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction of hao88's primary operating licence, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
17.1 hao88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via email to the address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amendments take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
17.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
